Return & Refund Policy

At Mahasthan Distributor, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase or order number is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review your request.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or opened products

• Clearance or final sale items

• Products damaged due to customer misuse

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), Mahasthan Distributor will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Wholesale Orders

Special return conditions may apply to bulk and wholesale orders. Please contact us before returning any wholesale order.
